Educhange Foundation is a Section 8 not-for-profit organization based in Kolkata, West Bengal, dedicated to transforming education through our pioneering 'Curriculum through Co-Curricular' approach. Our mission is to empower every child to excel academically, socially, and emotionally by integrating the joy of play into the classroom.

We design and implement immersive projects and programs that address critical learning gaps, reignite the love for reading, and ensure holistic development for children and young adults. Collaborating with educational institutions, child homes, and under-resourced schools across rural, urban, and semi-urban areas, we create impactful, inclusive solutions that enable children to learn with enthusiasm and confidence.

Our founder, Manjir Ghosh, brings over 30 years of expertise to our innovative approach, which has consistently demonstrated measurable improvements in reading levels, comprehension, critical thinking, and overall academic performance.
